Zhuhai Quality Safety Early Warning System put into operation

由广东省珠海市政府投资2000万元、珠海市环保局承建的《珠海市河流水质安全预警体系》日前通过专家组验收,并正式投入运行。这一体系由广昌、平岗、洪湾、黄金、鸡啼门、莲溪、大环、泗溢、黄杨河、前山河10个江河水质自动监测站组成,监控面覆盖了珠海市及供澳门饮用水水源地和主要河流段,24小时实时监测。监测项目有氨氮、挥发酚、氰、重金属等14项水质指标。

《珠海市河流水质安全预警体系》建成后,通过设在珠海市环保局的监控中心就可以随时掌握所监测各河段水质的实时状况,及时发现可能出现的突发性水污染事件,如果这些河段受到污染,现场的水质自动监测设施就会立刻发出警报,并在第一时间将各种数据传回监控中心,有关部门将根据数据资料迅速采取相关处理措施,确保珠海、澳门用水安全。
