LLMO Presented at the Annual Meeting of Shanghai Environmental Microbiology Professional Committee

The annual meeting of Shanghai Environmental Microbiology Professional Committee and Youth Scholars Forum were successfully held in East China Normal University on October 27, 2018. The conference was sponsored by Shanghai Society of Microbiology, and was undertaked by College of Ecology and Environmental Sciences of East China Normal University and Key Laboratory of Urbanization Ecological Process and Restoration in Shanghai。LLMO was honored to participate in it.

The conference invited renowned experts and young scholars in the field of environmental microbiology in Shanghai from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Tongji University, East China University of Technology, Donghua University, Shanghai University, Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai University of Applied Technology, Shanghai Institute of Advanced Studies of Chinese Academy of Sciences.We have conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the frontier research in the field of environmental microorganisms and pollution control biotechnology. Bicheng Li, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Society of Environmental Microbiology, attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Professor Bing Xie of East China Normal University.Ning yi Chow, Distinguished Professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, delivered a speech on behalf of the Chinese Society of Microbiology.Professor Ningyi Chow, Professor Zhexue Quan from Fudan University and Professor Hongzhi Tang from Shanghai Jiaotong University made the conference reports respectively.In addition, a number of young scholars have also made a wonderful share of their research directions.The annual meeting showcased the latest research results and developments of environmental microbiology researchers, especially young scholars, and promoted the exchange and cooperation of scientific researchers in this field in Shanghai.

After the academic sharing,Fei liang, general manager of LLMO, made a speech on the topic of LLMO and China's ecological environment, which attracted the participants'attention and heated exchanges and discussions.
